Ingredients
  • 4 1 1/2 inch boneless pork center loin chops
  • 2 cloves garlic -- crushed
  • 1 tablespoon crushed coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except pork.
  2. Marinate pork in mixture 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare medium-hot coals in grill bed.
  4. Remove pork from marinade, place over coals and grill for 12-15 minutes, turning once.
