This lovely Hungarian stew recipe was printed in the January1, 2009 issue of Woman's Day magazine. AND it's a slow cooker recipe to boot! I might chop the veggies instead of slicing them...
Prep:10m Cook:600m Servings:6

Sounds wonderful. Did you use red or white cabbage? Do you think it makes any difference?

You guys! Thanks for liking this one.. it's just a beef stew and you've all waxed so poetic on me. SLOW is ALWAYS good, grizz! When cabbage is an ingredient, I use white unless the recipe states otherwise, otter. You and me both with the cabbage and caraway connection, greg! Stop back when you've tried this one, my friends. Let me know how it turns out for you.
