Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups graham crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar, divided
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2pkg. (250g each) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups cold milk, divided
  • 2pkg.(4-serving each) lemon instant pudding
  • 2 drops red food coloring
  • 3 cups of whipped whipping cream(sweetened, to taste)

Directions
  1. Mix graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter until well blended
  2. Press onto bottom of 13 times 9 inch pan; set aside
  3. Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and 1/4 cup milk with whisk until well blended.
  4. Spread over crust
  5. Beat pudding mixes and remaining milk with whisk 3min.
  6. Pour over cream cheese layer in pan
  7. Let stand 5min. or until thickened
  8. Fold in( with a spatula) food coloring into cream
  9. Spread over pudding layer
  10. Refrigerate 4hr or overnight
  11. For easier cutting place dessert in freezer for 1 hr
