Creamy Spring Squares

- 1 1/2 cups graham crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar, divided shopping list
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted shopping list
- 2pkg. (250g each) brick cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3 cups cold milk, divided shopping list
- 2pkg.(4-serving each) lemon instant pudding shopping list
- 2 drops red food coloring shopping list
- 3 cups of whipped whipping cream(sweetened, to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter until well blended
- Press onto bottom of 13 times 9 inch pan; set aside
- Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and 1/4 cup milk with whisk until well blended.
- Spread over crust
- Beat pudding mixes and remaining milk with whisk 3min.
- Pour over cream cheese layer in pan
- Let stand 5min. or until thickened
- Fold in( with a spatula) food coloring into cream
- Spread over pudding layer
- Refrigerate 4hr or overnight
- For easier cutting place dessert in freezer for 1 hr
