Easy Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 can Veg-All, with liquid

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

2-3 cups cooked Chicken, diced

3 cups seasoned Croutons

1 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

In a medium bowl, stir together the mixed vegetables (and liquid), soup, chicken and croutons.

Spoon into a vegetable oil-sprayed 2 quart casserole.

Cover and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until casserole is bubbly on top.

Remove cover, sprinkle cheese onto dish, and bake for another 5 minutes, without cover
