Found this somewhere I cannot remember. It's not really a pot pie, but thats what it was written down as. It's really easy, and totally rad when you need something quick to whip up

Recent Gawkers
- 1 can Veg-All, with liquid
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2-3 cups cooked Chicken, diced
- 3 cups seasoned Croutons
- 1 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a medium bowl, stir together the mixed vegetables (and liquid), soup, chicken and croutons.
- Spoon into a vegetable oil-sprayed 2 quart casserole.
- Cover and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until casserole is bubbly on top.
- Remove cover, sprinkle cheese onto dish, and bake for another 5 minutes, without cover
