Maille Marinade For Chicken

I love mustard in almost everything. Maille dijon mustard, a type of french mustard is my favourite. It is easily purchased in Canada and is very versatile condiment for all kinds of meat and fish dishes.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken large thigh filets shopping list
- 4 tsp Maille or Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 cloves crushed, garlic shopping list
- 2 tsp honey shopping list
How to make it
- Mix everything together in a ziplock big and refridgerate for 30 minutes.
- Remove and bbq until done. Usually 25-35 minutes over medium.
- Or bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with salad and rice.
