Zesty Mexican Chicken

- 6 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
- (4oz.ea.) shopping list
- 1 can(141/2oz) diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 large onion,chopped shopping list
- 1 medium green pepper,chopped shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves,minced shopping list
- 2 Tbs lime juice shopping list
- 1 Tbs hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 3 cups hot cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- Place chicken in 3 or 4 qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spray. In large bowl,combine the tomatoes,onion,green pepper,garlic,lime juice,pepper sauce,salt and pepper. Pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 31/2-4 hours or till meat thermometer reads 170. Serve with rice.
