Zesty Mexican Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

6 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves

(4oz.ea.)

1 can(141/2oz) diced tomatoes

1 large onion,chopped

1 medium green pepper,chopped

3 garlic cloves,minced

2 Tbs lime juice

1 Tbs hot pepper sauce

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

3 cups hot cooked rice

Directions

Place chicken in 3 or 4 qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spray. In large bowl,combine the tomatoes,onion,green pepper,garlic,lime juice,pepper sauce,salt and pepper. Pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on low for 31/2-4 hours or till meat thermometer reads 170. Serve with rice.
