Luscious Pineapple Squares

This is a very simple cake that is so moist, nutty and full of flavor
Ingredients
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained shopping list
- 2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
- frosting shopping list
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 stick butter, softened shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups confectioner's sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cups chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix eggs, sugar, pineapple, flour, baking soda and vanilla together.
- Stir in nuts.
- Pour into 9 x 13" baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Bake 25 minutes.
- Cool.
- Frosting
- Mix cream cheese, butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla until creamy.
- Spread over cooled cake.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Nuts can be mixed into icing before applying to cake.
