Bacon and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

These are so ooey gooey good
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds white mushrooms large enough to stuff shopping list
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375
- Line baking sheet with parchment or foil
- Hollow out mushroom by removing stem
- Finely chop stems
- Mix together cheeses, mayonnaise, bacon and mushroom stems
- Stuff mushroom with cheese mixture
- Bake on baking sheet about 20 minutes, until cheese is golden brown
