brussel sprouts on a skewer

i never had grilled brussel sprouts until i decided to try making them. these are a huge hit
Ingredients
- 1 lb brussel sprouts shopping list
- 1 red onion shopping list
- juice and zest from 1 lemon shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 3 Tb butter, melted shopping list
- 3 Tb olive oil shopping list
- chives, parsley, or green onions shopping list
- sea salt and cracked pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- get grill ready
- steam brussel sprouts 5 minutes
- cut off ends
- prepare red onion for skewers
- alternate red onion and brussel sprouts on skewers
- combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl
- baste on veggies as you grill until desired doneness is achieved
