Meat Puffs

- 3 cups flour shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 3 tbsp oil shopping list
- ¾ cup yoghurt shopping list
- 1 tbsp fast yeast shopping list
- ½ tbsp sugar shopping list
- 7 tbsp warm water for the yeast shopping list
- Warm water shopping list
- 1 scrambled egg for the surface shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- ½ kg minced fat-free beef shopping list
- 1 tbsp garam masala shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 1 onion (Chopped fine) shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic (mashed) shopping list
- ½ tbsp curry shopping list
- 2 tbsp tomato paste shopping list
- ½ cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Put the minced beef in the pot, add the garam masala, salt, onion, mashed garlic and curry, leave it for ten minutes on the fire mix every once in a while, add the tomato paste and the water, leave it on the fire until it dries.
- Put the yeast in a cup, the sugar and 7 tbsp warm water, keep in a warm place until the yeast is dissolved.
- Mix the flour, salt and oil in a bowl, mix them well then add the yogurt and mix it, finally add the yeast and warm water and knead vigorously until the dough becomes smooth and elastic and not sticky.
- Roll as a ball, cover and keep it in a warm place let it rest for 1 hour.
- Spread the knead with a rolling pin until it becomes ½ cm thick then cut it into circles.
- Add the filling in the middle of each circle then close them.
- Shape them into balls and put them in the oiled tray, leaving little space between them.
- Brush them with some scrambled egg on the surface.
- Put a small piece of carrot or tomato to adorn in the middle of each one.
- Cover it and leave it for half an hour, put it in the oven and bake it for 20 minutes, take out and cover with a cloth to cool slowly.
