A really simple side dish but oh so good

Ingredients
  • 10 oz. egg noodles
  • 3 tbls. butter, softened and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock or broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions
  2. Drain and toss with rest of ingredients in serving bowl
