Imagine - long stemmed strawberries, a dish of Devonshire Cream and a small bowl of brown sugar to dip them in - what more could a person want! Plus strawberries will be in season soon!

Ingredients
- 2 lb. long stemmed, luscious, sweet strawberries
- 3 oz package cream cheese, room temperature and softened
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar (icing sugar)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Wash berries and place on a pretty glass serving plate. Fill a small glass dish with 1/4 cup brown sugar (make sure it is soft not hard) and place on plate with berries.
- Whip together cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla and powdered sugar until sugar is dissolved and incorporated into cream. Now place this in another pretty bowl and add this to your serving plate.
- Dip a berry into the cream and then again in brown sugar, take a bite and ........you will surely think you are in heaven!
