Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  • Pour into an 8" or 9" pie plate and bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes
  • Serve with wheat thins or favorite crackers

    Mmmmm, my two favorite veggies -- I knew I was going to love this dip! I think it's great as a raw-veggie dip, too.

    This is almost the same way I make my spinach and artichoke dip and it is the best!!! I remove any tough or discoloured artichoke leaves, then finely chop. I also add a little more garlic because I am a garlic lover ;-)
