Ingredients

1 package frozen spinach (thawed and drained)

1 can artichoke hearts (cut and drained)

1/2 cup mayo

1/2 cup sour cream

1 minced garlic clove (or garlic paste to taste)

3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Wheat thins or favorite crackers

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

Pour into an 8" or 9" pie plate and bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes

Serve with wheat thins or favorite crackers

This is almost the same way I make my spinach and artichoke dip and it is the best!!! I remove any tough or discoloured artichoke leaves, then finely chop. I also add a little more garlic because I am a garlic lover ;-)
