Love boneless ribs - gotta cook'em low n slow for that juicy fall apart tender goodness!

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 lbs country style pork loin ribs (boneless)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1 tsp grated lime peel
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (fresh squeezed)

Directions
  1. Place ribs in 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker
  2. In small bowl combine all remaining ingredients, mix well, pour over ribs.
  3. Cover, cook on low setting for 7-9 hours.
  4. Spoon sauce over ribs.
