My boyfriend's lil creation that came about when he, somehow, had left over cream cheese mixture from making my Porky Peppers. The spiced cream cheese is key to making this sandwich his own!

My favorite sammich yet... even though apparently it's been done before, with the BEAT part, anyway, I was pretty proud of myself when I made it, and you're right... the cream cheese mix is the key. :) I'm always happy when I can contribute something to what YOU cook, instead of the other way around. ;)

I love egg sandwiches, and the cream cheese mix sounds great! Thanks. High 5

Sounds great!

Sounds great, Keni (Malty - tehe) Hubby would LOVE this! ;')

Awwwwww.... true love.....gotta love it.....sounds really good guys.....I have never had a BEAT sammie.....looking forwrd to trying this! Miss you Big K !!!

Tried this a couple weeks ago and it was fantastic! Loved the cream cheese mixture. We did not add the liquid smoke b/c we don't really like it. The only other change we made was to use a croisant intead of the bread. We also "grilled" the croissant in a little butter. We made them again this weekend at Matts request. This time we mashed the avacado b/c it was so ripe and spread half the croisant with cream cheese and the other with the mashed avacado. The firt time we made them we took a picture but we can't locate the cord for that camera. When we find it I'll post a pic. Thanks for the recipe. We really like these!

Can't believe I missed this one! Absolutely fabulous! Gonna be making this one soon!
