Top Sirloin Meatloaf Mashed Potatoes And Baby Carrots

- 5 pounds ground top sirloin shopping list
- 5 whole eggs beaten shopping list
- 3 cups mushrooms chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup onions chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup minced garlic shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh thyme shopping list
- 1/2 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup chili sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- Potatoes: shopping list
- 1/4 pound yukon gold potatoes shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated horseradish shopping list
- 1 cup soft butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- Baby Carrots: shopping list
- 32 baby carrots shopping list
- 1 teaspoon honey shopping list
- 2 ounces butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook onion and garlic with butter until done then add fresh thyme leaves and mushrooms.
- Cook another 5 minutes then let cool off and mix with remaining meatloaf ingredients.
- Place mixture in oiled loaf pans and cook at 350 for 1 hour.
- For potatoes cook unpeeled potatoes in salted water until done.
- Drain and mash in large pot with all other ingredients or press through a food mill.
- Cook carrots with all other ingredients until water is evaporated or until done.
