How to make it

  • Brown beef, onion and garlic in large fry pan until onion is tender.
  • When done sprinkle flour over all the meat and mix well.
  • Add 3-1/2 cups water and bouillon cubes and mix well again.
  • Turn heat down to simmer and cook 10 minutes then mix well again.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste then serve over toast.

    yes its SOS. my mother used to serve it over mashpotatoes for us when we were small. I made it for my daughter who is 20 for the first time 3 weeks ago. we were talking about my mother who has departed 4 years ago and we decided to make it for dinner that night
