Hamburger Over Toast

HAMBURGER OVER TOAST This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Parsons Estate in Kaufman, Texas in 1994.
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef shopping list
- 4 bouillon cubes shopping list
- 4 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1 medium white onion shopping list
- 2 small cloves garlic shopping list
- 6 pieces toast shopping list
How to make it
- Brown beef, onion and garlic in large fry pan until onion is tender.
- When done sprinkle flour over all the meat and mix well.
- Add 3-1/2 cups water and bouillon cubes and mix well again.
- Turn heat down to simmer and cook 10 minutes then mix well again.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste then serve over toast.
