Chocolate Italian Cream Cake Icing Recipe

How to make it

  • Cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla extract.
  • Ice cake one layer at a time, top only.
  • Once all three layers are assembled, ice the entire cake.
  • Sprinkle nuts and coconut on top of cake for decoration.
