Chocolate Italian Cream Cake Icing Recipe

This is the icing for the Chocolate Italian Cream Cake.... Also out of Tea Time magazine....

Ingredients
- 1/2 (1 stick) butter, softened
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 5 cups powered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla extract.
- Ice cake one layer at a time, top only.
- Once all three layers are assembled, ice the entire cake.
- Sprinkle nuts and coconut on top of cake for decoration.
