How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
  • Combine the flour and salt; add to creamed mixture.
  • Stir in pecans.
  • Cover & chill 1 hr. or until firm.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 min. roll in confectioners sugar while warm....roll in sugar again.
  • Makes about 4 dozen

    Oh YEAH! These sound delicious and awesome. I can almost smellllll them coming out of the oven. The confectioner's sugar sounds like they are pretty for presentation with friends. Thank you for posting this recipe. I can't wait to bake them!!! :D
