How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350. In large bowl,whisk together mayonnaise,vinegar,mustard and sugar until blended. Season with 1/2 tsp salt,if desired.. add coleslaw mix and red onions;toss gently to coat.
  • Divide dressing evenly among baguette slices(about 2 Tbs.ea.);place on baking sheet. Divide coleslaw mixture and pastrami evenly among baguette slices. Sprinkle evenly wit Swiss cheese. Bake 5 mins.,or until cheese is melted. Garnish with red pepper curls,if desired
