- 1/2 c mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 Tbs. apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sugar shopping list
- 4 c coleslaw mix shopping list
- 1/4 c chopped red onions shopping list
- 1/2 c thousand island dressing shopping list
- 1 baguette shopping list
- 3/4 lb. sliced pastrami shopping list
- 11/2 c shredded swiss cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350. In large bowl,whisk together mayonnaise,vinegar,mustard and sugar until blended. Season with 1/2 tsp salt,if desired.. add coleslaw mix and red onions;toss gently to coat.
- Divide dressing evenly among baguette slices(about 2 Tbs.ea.);place on baking sheet. Divide coleslaw mixture and pastrami evenly among baguette slices. Sprinkle evenly wit Swiss cheese. Bake 5 mins.,or until cheese is melted. Garnish with red pepper curls,if desired
