Oh So Easy Chicken Pot Pie

- 1 frozen pie crust baked according to directions shopping list
- or 1 homemade crust baked shopping list
- 2 cups frozen peas shopping list
- leftover meat from chicken cut in cubes shopping list
- 6 small potatoes (I do skins on) sliced or diced shopping list
- 1-2 cups chunks of fresh carrots shopping list
- 16 oz. or so of fresh or canned chicken or turkey gravy shopping list
- kosher salt shopping list
- white pepper shopping list
- spices to suit shopping list
How to make it
- In a small doubleboiler steam the carrots, when almost done, add potatoes and last minute or two the peas
- Steam until almost done
- Preheat oven to 325F
- In a large bowl place chicken and above ingredients and toss gently
- Add to precooked pie shell
- Add desired spices
- Pour gravy over slowly
- Bake 45-60 minutes
- Serve piping hot.
