Tequila Chili Marinated Pork Chops

- 1 c chopped cilantro shopping list
- 4 bone-in rib pork chops(1" thick) shopping list
- 2 jalapeno chilies,minced shopping list
- 1/4 c lime juice shopping list
- 1/4 c vegetable or olive oil shopping list
- 3 Tbs tequila or water shopping list
- 1 T grated lime peel shopping list
- 1 Tbs minced garlic shopping list
- 1 Tbs ground chipolte chili or chili powder shopping list
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried shopping list
- 2 and 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 and 1/2 tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice shopping list
How to make it
- Place pork in large resealable bag. Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl;pour over pork. Refrigerate overnight,turning bag occasionally.
- Heat grill.Remove pork from marinade,leaving as much marinade on as possible;discard remaining marinade.
- Grill,covered over med. heat 7 to 10 mins,or till no longer pink in center,turning once. Place on serving platter,cover loosely with foil. Let stand 5 mins.
