This sounds absolutely amazing. Great post and a very high 5.

Yummy - this sounds awesome - will give this a try high 5

This sounds sooo flavorful!!!

Yum! I think this would work with chicken breasts also.
Sounds great, Pat! ;')

YUMMY! I may do this on Sunday!

I made this last night using chicken breasts (what I had) and hubby raved about it. It was sooo moist and good. I just marinated from about 10 am to 7 pm and they were infused with flavor. Great recipe - next time with pork, Pat. I rate it a 5 again if I could! LOL Took a pick, but it might be deceiving with the chicken instead. I'll put it up temporarily and you can remove it later. ;')

Made this again tonight using pork roast in slow cooker all day. Smelled heavenly all day. It soaked up all the marinade which was great to me. Super tender, delicious pork tacos . Forgot to say it was my version in pic, too late, can't edit. Sorry Pat. Very good marinade, very versatile. Hubby couldn't get enough of the tacos tonight - I think he had 6!

This just keep getting better and better! I love the slow cooker taco idea! I'll be trying these soon!

Oh Lordy!!! This is to die for! So much flavor!!! I made it the way Justjakesmom did in the slow cooker, but I used bone-in pork chops. I shredded the meat and added them to tacos. I followed the marinade recipe exactly and it was perfection! I could just slurp up the sauce from the bottom of the slow cooker and eat it like soup...oh wait, thats eactly what I did! lol! I can't wait to try this with chicken or steak! I added my photo to the collection!

Great pic Lillian! (But why isn't that cheese melted? tehe)

LOL! JJM! I made this again last night using beef brisket and put it in the slow cooker...it was just as deliciuos as the pork version! I shredded the meat and made soft tacos out of it! So melt in your mouth good!

Mmmm Where's the beef pic, Lillian? I think I'll try it with beef next too. ;')
