Ingredients
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 pieces of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 small tomato (finely chopped)
  • 2 green chillies(finely chopped)
  • little ginger finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seed
  • coriander leaves finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry
  • (if u have left overs ham, roast chicken, soya granules, minced meat. add to the above ingredients)

Directions
  1. In a bowl whisk the eggs with all the ingredients except the cumin seeds and coriander.
  2. Heat oil in a shallow fry pan
  3. put the cumin seeds fry it
  4. Now reduce the flame and add the egg mixture
  5. scramble the eggs
  6. in the add the coriander leaves for flavour
  7. Serve it hot with bread, roti or steamed rice. A nice breakfast, lazy lunch and a quick dinner.
  8. Also try this with maggi noodles
