White Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch

Rich, nutty, chocolatey and heavenly. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 3 tablespoons water shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups whole hazelnuts shopping list
- 4 ounces white chocolate melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped hazelnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sugar, butter and water in a large heavy skillet over high heat.
- Cook stirring constantly about 10 minutes until mixture reaches hard crack stage.
- Stir in nuts and pour mixture onto a buttered slab or baking sheet and form into 1 foot square.
- When almost cool brush with the melted chocolate and sprinkle with the finely chopped nuts.
- Break into pieces when cold.
