Golden Shrimp Shells Recipe

Ingredients
  • 24 large shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 (8 ounce cans) crescent rolls
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions
  1. In skillet, stir-fry shrimp, garlic, parsley and hot pepper sauce for 2 minute.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Open roll dough but do not unroll.
  4. Cut each can of dough into 12 rounds.
  5. Place rounds cut side down on rimmed baking sheet.
  6. Press half of each round to flatten.
  7. Place one shrimp on each flattened portion of dough.
  8. Fold remaining dough over shrimp.
  9. Do not seal.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Bake at 375 degrees for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Serve with seafood sauce.
