For this, use an 80% lean ground beef. It will make the loaf juicy. And don't skimp on the oatmeal. Extenders give the loaf that texture that soaks up the gravy.

THe gravy is perfect for sandwiches because I use the gravy as a spread for one-half of the sandwich and a little mayo with horseradish and mustard mixed in for the other half. Okay, overload.
