A spicy, garlicky, chicken meal with a surprise prosciutto ham and mozzarella cheese filling.

Ingredients
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup Italian sesoning (spicy preferably)
  • 12 whole, pealed garlic cloves sliced in half
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 to 8 pieces Prosciutto ham
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Rub chichen with garlic and sprinkle with half of the Italian seasoning
  3. Pound chicken until 1/4 inch thick
  4. Place 3 breast on botton of a 9 X 13 inch pan
  5. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella and place prosciutto ham on top
  6. Place 3 remaining chicken breast on top
  7. Add remaining mozzarella
  8. Place the garlic cloves around the edge
  9. Pour olive oil over garlic and add remaining seasoning
  10. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
  11. Puree oil, garlic and salt to taste as a garnish if desires.
