This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Stolley Estate in Wills Point, Texas in 1982.

2 cups of milk is wrong -- use 1 cup at most. Luckily I did not put all two cups in at once.
This is more of a cake or muffin texture, not like a scone at all.
