Ingredients

10 banana peppers

1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese,softened

1 egg

1 c (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese

1 small onion,finely chopped

1/2c finely chopped pepperoni

2 Tbs olive oil

Directions

Cut peppers in half lengthwise;open and lay flat. Remove seeds if desired. In small bowl,beat cream chees and egg till blended. Stir in cheddar,mozzarella,onion and pepperoni. Spoon into prepared pepers.

Place in 2 15x10" baking pans;drizzle with oil. Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins or till lightly browned.
