Guinness Beer Stew

- 2 lb beef, cubed shopping list
- 1 onion, diced shopping list
- 2 Stalk celery, diced shopping list
- 1 leek, diced shopping list
- 4 large carrots, diced shopping list
- 2 tbsp. gravy sauce shopping list
- Pinch mixed herbs - sage, rosemary, thyme,,,, shopping list
- ¼ LB butter shopping list
- ¼ cup flour shopping list
- 2 cans beef stock shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- ½ x Pint GUINNESS® beer shopping list
How to make it
- Melf butter in a stock pot, add vegetables and stir till slightly softened ( about 5-6 min) Add Beef and cook for another 5-6 min till browned. Add your favorite herbs and flour, stir. Add beef stock slowly and cook for another 5-6 min. Add gravy sauce and 1/2 pint of Guinness, cover and simmer till for 1 1/2 hours. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.

Sunny I made something similar to this on St Patrick's Day... my first time to use the beer...
