How to make it

  • Melf butter in a stock pot, add vegetables and stir till slightly softened ( about 5-6 min) Add Beef and cook for another 5-6 min till browned. Add your favorite herbs and flour, stir. Add beef stock slowly and cook for another 5-6 min. Add gravy sauce and 1/2 pint of Guinness, cover and simmer till for 1 1/2 hours. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
