How to make it

  • Thaw turkey, if needed.
  • Roll crackers in a ziplock bag to crush.
  • Chop onion, if using.
  • Place turkey in large bowl. Add crackers, onion, and spaghetti sauce.
  • Add as much Parmesan cheese as needed to form burgers; however, the softer they are, the more tender and juicy they fry up.
  • Make 8-10 burgers, denting in the middle of each one.
  • Spray large skillet then add olive oil; heat over medium heat.
  • Fry burgers slowly.
  • Serve with ketchup and spicy mustard on a wheat bun.
