Ingredients
  • 2lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 pack saltine crackers
  • Onion to taste (opt. - recipe is even easier without it!)
  • 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (in the can)
  • Pam spray
  • Olive oil

Directions
  1. Thaw turkey, if needed.
  2. Roll crackers in a ziplock bag to crush.
  3. Chop onion, if using.
  4. Place turkey in large bowl. Add crackers, onion, and spaghetti sauce.
  5. Add as much Parmesan cheese as needed to form burgers; however, the softer they are, the more tender and juicy they fry up.
  6. Make 8-10 burgers, denting in the middle of each one.
  7. Spray large skillet then add olive oil; heat over medium heat.
  8. Fry burgers slowly.
  9. Serve with ketchup and spicy mustard on a wheat bun.
