Amazingly Good Turkey Burgers

- 2lb ground turkey shopping list
- 1/2 pack saltine crackers shopping list
- onion to taste (opt. - recipe is even easier without it!) shopping list
- 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce shopping list
- Grated parmesan cheese (in the can) shopping list
- Pam spray shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Thaw turkey, if needed.
- Roll crackers in a ziplock bag to crush.
- Chop onion, if using.
- Place turkey in large bowl. Add crackers, onion, and spaghetti sauce.
- Add as much Parmesan cheese as needed to form burgers; however, the softer they are, the more tender and juicy they fry up.
- Make 8-10 burgers, denting in the middle of each one.
- Spray large skillet then add olive oil; heat over medium heat.
- Fry burgers slowly.
- Serve with ketchup and spicy mustard on a wheat bun.
