Ingredients
  • 3 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 ounces baking chocolate
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • Flaked coconut

Directions
  1. Blend together cream cheese and milk then add sugar and vanilla mixing well.
  2. Set aside then melt chocolate over hot water stirring until smooth.
  3. Combine cream cheese mixture, melted chocolate and salt mixing together well.
  4. Fold in marshmallows then drop by teaspoonfuls into coconut completely coating each candy.
  5. Place on a greased cookie sheet then chill in refrigerator until firm.

This sounds delish! I love chocolate and coconut.
Printing this one out. You definately have my 5 forks. I love these old recipes that are passed down. Lots of them are so original you don't see them anywhere else. They always turn out good too.
