Marshmallow Bumps

These are so incredible. I got this recipe from my Aunt Minnie over 40 years ago. She made this for us as a treat and we could never get enough. I haven't made this in years as I had misplaced my recipe, but found it when going through old recipes this weekend. Read more Yummers, you will love this. See less
Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 2 tablespoons milk shopping list
- 2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 ounces baking chocolate shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows shopping list
- flaked coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Blend together cream cheese and milk then add sugar and vanilla mixing well.
- Set aside then melt chocolate over hot water stirring until smooth.
- Combine cream cheese mixture, melted chocolate and salt mixing together well.
- Fold in marshmallows then drop by teaspoonfuls into coconut completely coating each candy.
- Place on a greased cookie sheet then chill in refrigerator until firm.
