Barbecued Chicken Packet Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat grill to medium. Place chicken in center of large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil;top with remaining ingredients.
  • Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet'leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  • Grill 15 mins or till chicken is done (165). Cut slits in foil to relaease steam before opening packet.
