The Ultimate Stuffed Mushroom

Easy and delicious stuffed mushrooms.
Ingredients
- 20 fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 3 Tbs butter shopping list
- 2 Tbs finely chopped onions shopping list
- 2 Tbs finely chopped red peppers shopping list
- 14 Ritz crackers,finely crushed(about 1/2 c) shopping list
- 2 Tbs grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 450 degrees.Remove stems from mushrooms. Finely chop enough stems to make 1/4 cup. Discard remaining stems oe refrigerate for another use.
- Melt butter in large skilet on med. heat. Add chopped stems,onions,and peppers;cook and stir till tender.
- Stir in cracker crumbs,cheese and seasoning;spoon into mushroom caps. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake 15 mins. or till heated through.
