How to make it

  • Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray and line the bottom with two layers of bread. Mix the eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon (or mace and nutmeg) together and pour over the bread. Refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, spread the blueberries over the top, then mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter together to form a crumb mixture. Spread crumb mixture over the top and bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Serves: 8
