Womans Thighs Kofte-meat Balls

- 500 grams miced meat shopping list
- 2 onions shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- Handful of chopped parsley shopping list
- 2/4 rice boiled shopping list
- salt -pepper shopping list
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- For pane: shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- ½ cup flour shopping list
How to make it
- Place 2/3 of mince, 1 tablespoon oil in frying pan. Saute until browned and juices have evaporated.
- Boil rice until soft.
- Remove mince from heat and add remaining meat, rice ,chopped onions and, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and 1 egg. Mix well. Set a side 30 minutes in fridge..after that
- Take large walnut sized pieces of mixture and roll in palm of hand, press into patties when all kofte is done set a side 30 minutes again in fridge ..
- Coat patties in flour, dip into egg mixutre and shallow fry in oil until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve with spicey french fries.
