Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • In mixing bowl, blend mayo and hot peppers, set aside
  • Heat oil in pan, add peppers, onion and mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Saute until tender crisp
  • Add steak and saute until no longer pink
  • Cut rolls in half lengthwise
  • Spread mayo mixture onto roll
  • Add 3 slices of cheese to each roll
  • Top with steak and veggie mixture
  • Bake until cheese melts

    These were delicious Corinne. Thank you. Didn't have any hot peppers on hand so used Siracha sauce with the mayo instead and it had a lovely heat. Good Game night food. Great recipe!
