Spicy Stuffed Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

12 hard boiled eggs

1/2 cup mayo

1 teaspoon horseradish

1/4 t. onion powder

1 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon adobo, if you dont have it you can use salt.. but use less, you can always add more

1Tablespoon sour cream

1/2 teaspoon dill

garnish of your choice (paprika, chives, scallions, dill weed, green olives)

Directions

Crack, peel and DEFINATLY make sure all the shell is off. Slice in half lenghthwise and pop out yolks into a small bowl.

Using a mixer , mix well!, you want a very creamy consistancy. If more seasoning is needed, go for it. It's up to your taste buds. Remember, you can always add, you can't take out.

Using a tespoon or pastry bag place filling into whites, garnish and voila!
