Spicy Stuffed Eggs

The horseradish in them addsa zip that is not expected.. feel free to add less or more as your tastes like..
Ingredients
- 12 hard boiled eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayo shopping list
- 1 teaspoon horseradish shopping list
- 1/4 t. onion powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon adobo, if you dont have it you can use salt.. but use less, you can always add more shopping list
- 1Tablespoon sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dill shopping list
- garnish of your choice (paprika, chives, scallions, dill weed, green olives) shopping list
How to make it
- Crack, peel and DEFINATLY make sure all the shell is off. Slice in half lenghthwise and pop out yolks into a small bowl.
- Using a mixer , mix well!, you want a very creamy consistancy. If more seasoning is needed, go for it. It's up to your taste buds. Remember, you can always add, you can't take out.
- Using a tespoon or pastry bag place filling into whites, garnish and voila!
