How to make it

  • Melt chocolate chips and the shortening together in a sauce pan on low heat
  • stir occasionally until it looks completely melted
  • use pastry brush to paint the sides of the cups until you paint all 30 cups
  • note-you will have choco. left over save for later to use keep warm
  • put cups on cookie sheet and chill in fridge till firm
  • in the mean time combine peanut butter and butter in a sauce pan
  • stir occasionally then stir in the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs
  • use a small spoon fill paper cups with peanut butter almost all the way to the top
  • put a thin layer of chocolate over the top of the peanut butter cups
  • after applying the remaining chocolate put in freezer until they are firm
