How to make it

  • Heat oil
  • When the oil is hot, add the onions and garlic
  • Add the corriander, cumin, and chilis
  • Cook until the onions are transulcent
  • Mix the spices with the mayo; add cilantro, salt and lemon juice to taste
  • Spoon the mayo mixture into the potatoes a little at a time

    Mmmm I'm German and I posted a German hot potato salad Recipe up. I will have to try Indian Potato salad. They are very different.
