Country Pork Ribs In A Crock Pot Recipe

Found this online awhile back and just found it again in my recipe box...It's a good one

Ingredients
  • 3 lbs. country style pork ribs
  • 1 tbls. canola oil
  • 1 large onion, quartered and sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbls. mustard
  • 3 tbls. brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed

Directions
  1. In skillet, brown ribs in oil
  2. Transfer to crock pot
  3. Add onion slices
  4. Put remaining ingredients in mixing bowl and combine
  5. Pour into crock pot
  6. Cover and cook on low 8 hours
