Sausage Hash

Awesome hash, great with tortillas and sour cream.
Ingredients
- 1 pound HOT crumble pork sausage shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 medium carrots, grated shopping list
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 3 cups diced cooked potatoes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage.
- Add onion, carrots and green pepper; cook until tender.
- Stir in potatoes, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat; cook and stir for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and heated through.
