Ingredients
  • 3 3/4 cups chopped seedless watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions
  1. Puree watermelon, lime juice and sugar to taste in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Divide blueberries among freezer-pop molds.
  3. Top with the watermelon mixture.
  4. Insert the sticks and freeze until completely firm, about 6 hours.
  5. Dip the molds briefly in hot water before unmolding.
  6. Per serving: 29 calories

  8. MAKE AHEAD TIP: Freeze for up to 3 weeks. | Equipment: Ten 3-ounce (or similar-size) freezer-pop molds

Yes, my neighbor kids are going to crazy over these! We don't have a popsicle truck in our neighborhood so my husband makes all kinds of popsicles for the kids. We used to think they came to visit us - then we wised up - they after us for the popsicles! lol!
