Best and Easiest Scalloped Potatoes

Very easy and delcious- different spin on this recipe. I love it!
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 pounds potatoes, such as Red Bliss with skins on -- sliced shopping list
- 2 cups heavy cream shopping list
- 1 package 5 oz of herbed cheese like Boursin shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the cheese in the whipping cream until smooth.
- Pour over the sliced potatoes and cover with foil.
- Bake for one hour at 350F Remove foil the last 15 minutes of baking to brown.
