Weeknight Lasagna Toss

- 1 lb. lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 1-2/3 cups water shopping list
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian dressing shopping list
- 12 oven-ready lasagna noodles, broken into quarters shopping list
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup KRAFT shredded Paremesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- BROWN meat in large saucepan or skillet; drain.
- ADD pepper, onion and garlic and saute for 5 more minutes until onions and peppers are softened. ADD spaghetti sauce, water and dressing; bring to boil. Stir in noodles; cover.
- COOK on medium-low heat 10 to 15 min. or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheeses; cover. Let stand 5 min. or until cheeses are melted.

Sounds darn good for a busy night. The salad dressing seems kida strange, but I'm gonna try it anyway and I'll be back to share the results. Thanks!
