My Favorite Bread Pudding

Nothing better than warm bread pudding! l think l make a pretty good one! Hope you think so too!
Ingredients
- 4 cups of bread cubes( l tear into pieces with my fingers) shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 4 cups of milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar shopping list
- 1 cup raisins(optional) shopping list
- l've also made this with egg beaters, skim milk, diet butter and splenda. Still just as good! shopping list
How to make it
- Stale bread is better, but not necessary. Put into well buttered 10x13 pan
- Mix eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla and beat well
- Pour over the bread
- Dot with pieces of the butter on top
- Bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 mins.
