My Favorite Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups of bread cubes( l tear into pieces with my fingers)

4 eggs

1 stick of butter

2 tsp vanilla

4 cups of milk

1 1/2 cups of sugar

1 cup raisins(optional)

l've also made this with egg beaters, skim milk, diet butter and splenda. Still just as good!

Directions

Stale bread is better, but not necessary. Put into well buttered 10x13 pan

Mix eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla and beat well

Pour over the bread

Dot with pieces of the butter on top

Bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 mins.
