Something Different Cheesecake

I hate making cheesecake crusts, so I found this recipe to remedy that problem.
Ingredients
- CRUST shopping list
- 1 box yellow cake mix (remove one cup) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 T vegetable oil shopping list
- FILLING shopping list
- 2 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 T lemon juice shopping list
- 1 t vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- ground cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Coat a 9x13 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray
- To make the crust; mix together cake mix, 1 egg and oil
- Spread in the pan, bringing the crust up the sides
- To make the filling;
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, 2 eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth
- Add milk and beat again
- Pour into crust and bake about 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- Sprinkle with cinnamon while still hot
