Blueberry Coffeecake

- Coffeecake batter: shopping list
- ¾ cup sugar shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- ½ teaspoon salt shopping list
- ½ cup buttermilk shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 2 cups fresh blueberries shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- ½ cup sugar shopping list
- ⅓ cup flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter, room temperatur shopping list
How to make it
- For coffeecake batter, mix sugar, butter and egg together.
- Stir in buttermilk; then add dry ingredients.
- Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
- Pour into a greased 9x9 baking dish.
- Combine topping ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center of cake.
Batter is thick!
