Ingredients

Coffeecake batter:

¾ cup sugar

4 tablespoons butter, room temperature

1 egg

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup buttermilk

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 cups fresh blueberries

Topping:

½ cup sugar

⅓ cup flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

4 tablespoons butter, room temperatur

Directions

For coffeecake batter, mix sugar, butter and egg together.

Stir in buttermilk; then add dry ingredients.

Gently fold in fresh blueberries.

Pour into a greased 9x9 baking dish.

Combine topping ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center of cake.
