Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a small skillet, sauté the onion in olive oil over medium heat. Break up the hamburger and add to the pan with the onion; continue cooking till hamburger is cooked through. Drain off any excess fat that’s collected in the pan. Squeeze water from defrosted package of spinach, then add to the onion and meat. Sprinkle about a tablespoon of parmesan on top and stir. Beat the egg lightly in a small bowl or cup, then pour over the meat mixture. Sprinkle more cheese over the top. Cover and turn heat down to low, just until cheese melts. Transfer to a plate and munch down on some savory comfort food.

Thank you! this is very handy . If you are too lazy to squeeze out the defrosting spinach, dark greens may be lurking in the fridge. Ital. parsley, swiss chard,(and the red stems are delicious and tender).bok choy leaves, fresh spinach, etc etc. 555555555555555555555555555555555555 (very healthy meal for 1 and delicious too!!)
