Ingredients
  • 1 package (18 ounces) refrigerated chocolate chips cookie dough
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted corn cereal
  • 1/2 cupminiature candy-coated pieces

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350o F.Grease 13x9-inch baking pan.Remove dough from wrapper according to package directions.
  2. Press dough into preheated baking pan.Bake for 13 minutes.
  3. Remove baking pan from oven.Drop teaspoonfuls of marshmallow creme and peanut butter over hot cookie base.
  4. Bake 1 minute.Carefull spread marshmallow creme and peanut butter over cookie base.
  5. Sprinkle cereal and chocolate pieces over melted marshmallow and peanut butter mixture.
  6. Bake 7 minutes.Cool completely on wire rack.Cut into 2-inch bars.
  7. Makes 3 dozen bar cookies

This sounds like a cookie bar that any kid would love! It even sounds more like a candy bar, Sandy! I read the recipe to my 21 yr old son and he asked the recipe and soon! Thanks for posting this. If you make these, how about posting a recipe for us? Any idea on a corn cereal choice? The only one I can think of is Corn Chex. If I put Captain Crunch on these bars, every kid in the neighborhood would be at my door!
